Returns & Refunds
1. Digital Products
Due to their nature, all sales of digital products are final. Refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be issued once the file has been downloaded. If you receive a corrupted or incorrect file, we will provide a replacement.
Physical Products
You may request a return or exchange within 7 of receiving your order, provided the product is unused, in original condition, and in its original sealed packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect. Refunds will be issued once the returned item is inspected and approved.
2. Intellectual Property
All digital files, text, images, and designs are the intellectual property of Playcode Academy. Purchase of a product does not transfer copyright ownership. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure they have the appropriate device/software to open digital files. For physical deliveries, customers must provide correct delivery information. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Playcode Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
5. Privacy & Data
Protection We respect your privacy and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By purchasing, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
6. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or purchase of products after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
