📦 Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy

Printed Books (Physical Products)

All printed books are delivered via PUDO – The Courier Guy.

Delivery Method

  • Orders are shipped using PUDO (Pick Up Drop Off) by The Courier Guy

  • Delivery is to the selected PUDO pickup point unless otherwise arranged

Delivery Timeframes

  • Orders are typically dispatched within  1-2 business days after payment confirmation

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier service

  • Customers will receive tracking details once the order has been dispatched

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected PUDO option

  • Courier charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched

Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

    • The correct delivery details are provided at checkout

    • Orders are collected from the PUDO pickup point within the courier’s specified timeframe

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

  • Circumstances beyond our control

💾 E-Books & Digital Products

All e-books are delivered digitally via FileFlare.

Digital Delivery

  • Digital products are delivered automatically by email after successful payment

  • No physical item will be shipped for digital purchases

  • Access instructions and download links will be included in the delivery email

Download Limits & Access

  • E-books are subject to download limits

  • Files are protected by personalised watermarking and access tracking

  • Digital products are licensed, not sold

Refunds on Digital Products

  • Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds are available once an e-book has been downloaded

Mixed Orders (Printed Books + E-Books)

If your order includes both:

  • Printed books will be shipped via PUDO – The Courier Guy

  • E-books will be delivered separately via FileFlare

Each product type follows its respective delivery method and policy.
